Very cool (no pun intended)!

I notice it's a 'Commander' - is there anything about this that distinguishes it as a Commander - or would all the troops have the same lid?

Thanks - great work. Looks like the commander has some circular bolt-like things on the outside of the helmet and the 'cowl' (sorry can't think of a better word to describe it) is more like solid plastic with a couple of indentations underneath the visor? The regular troops appear to have two-piece cowls that look to be made of thinner plastic - almost fabric. Do you think this was something like with the Stormtrooper helmets where they had a 'stunt' version for the longer shots and for running around in?
